Play a key role in shaping how Target’s most senior leaders share the company’s story with clarity, purpose and heart by writing compelling, high-quality communications for senior executives. Translate strategic direction into clear, consistent, and leader-ready materials that align with Target’s enterprise narratives and communication goals.

Self-motivated leader who works with technology teams, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and business leaders to plan, organize, and deliver technology initiatives in a timely manner, tracking priority, resource capacity, inter-team dependencies, milestones, risks, and issues. Directs and manages enterprise technology programs and projects throughout the entire lifecycle with at least 1 initiative in excess of $5M+.
